StudentRecords@gvltec.edu: The ‘public facing’ email address. Any emails sent to this address will still function as they always have. If someone sends a question about graduation, transcripts, or forms, it will still be processed. 

Graduation@gvltec.edu: Any questions related to graduation or commencement may be directed to this email address.

CollegeTranscripts@gvltec.edu: Any questions related to sending college transcripts, receiving college transcripts, or evaluating college transcripts may be sent to this email address.

SRForms@gvltec.edu: This is intended to be an internal email address for faculty, department heads, deans and any staff members to send forms for processing. This will give you the opportunity to submit forms and get them processed more quickly and efficiently than the current studentrecord@gvltec.edu email address because these requests won’t be as likely to get lost in the shuffle.

You can find this information in Colleague.

Enter "STRK" (Student Remarks) in the "Forms" search bar, then enter your student ID or name, then "Open".  Any remarks will be listed here.  You may drill down on the magnifying glass next to the list of remarks to see the details.
