Academic Assessment Committee: Success Outcomes

Success Outcomes (SO)

SOs are program performance outcomes versus student performance indicators. Assessment of SO are indirect measures of student learning and compliment direct assessments of student learning outcomes. Indirect measures provide a report about learning rather than a direct demonstration of learning.  (Allen, 2004)

SOs should be assessed annually. Data can be obtained from the college's dashboard.
