Username & Password

Use your Greenville Technical College username and password to login to Blackboard, GTC4me, and most other systems and apps.

If you do not know your username, click here to find it.

If you do not know your password and haven't registered for the Self Service Password Reset Tool, call (864) 250-8000 for assistance or submit an online request for support.

As soon as you know your password and have access to your account, please register for the Self-Service Password Reset Tool. Once registered, you can reset or change your password yourself when needed. For more information, view the Self-Service Password Reset Tool User Guide.

Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

All students must implement multifactor authentication by November 12, 2024. 

GTC4me / My Apps

GTC4me provides easy access to all Greenville Technical College's systems and apps such as Blackboard, Self-Service, Inspire, Gmail, and more!

It is recommended that you use the Google Chrome browser to access GTC4me. 

Login to GTC4me using your student email address (username@my.gvltec.edu), current password, and multifactor authentication.

Email

GTC uses Gmail from Google to provide student email accounts with an @my.gvltec.edu address.

GTC Gmail is accessed through GTC4me.   

Students are expected to use their college Gmail accounts on a regular basis. The @my.gvltec.edu email account is how the college will send important communications including:

  • Tuition Bills
  • Financial Aid Announcements
  • Course Updates
  • Grade Reports
  • Surveys and Evaluations
  • Library Notices
  • And More...

Microsoft Office 365 is provided to all GTC students for FREE! It can be accessed in GTC4me following the instructions below.

Adding Money & Other GTC Printing Account FAQs:

TRiO students are eligible for free printing. Students participating in the TRiO program can visit building 103 room 309 on the Barton campus for free prints and copies. Students taking courses at other GTC campuses can contact a TRiO team member to request $10.00 of free services each semester.  

Refunds can be requested by contacting Brenda.Richter@gvltec.edu with your GTC email account.
