Only use AI for tutoring or assistance with the specific permission of each of your instructors. Instructor expectations may differ on acceptable uses of AI in class and assignment completion. Refer to AI statements from the instructor, academic integrity expectations for the College and each class, and assignment directions before utilizing any AI tool. Unapproved or unethical uses of AI may result in an academic dishonesty referral.

1. Develop digital literacy and computational thinking skills so that you are prepared to interact with and leverage AI tools in the workplace. 
2. Learn how to access, evaluate, and communicate information using digital tools.
3. Follow trends in the industry you are preparing to enter after graduation. Read articles, talk to people who work in the field, and follow technology trends on social media.
4. Consider engaging in internships, apprenticeships, and other work-based learning opportunities so you can see how AI is influencing the field firsthand.
5. Research ethical dilemmas regarding AI technologies in your field of study. What ethical challenges might you face when you enter the field? How will you navigate those challenges and remain a responsible user ? How will you comply with workplace practices and regulations?
